GX Serials Mechanical Diaphragm Pump

GY series are spring return return mechancial diaphragm metering pumps with max flow up to 400L/H and pressuer up to 5 bars. It is rebust and reliable dosing pumps for water and industries. 

1. GX diaphragm metering pump is compact, energy saving, provides high precision metering. 

2. The pump comes in three models, with a maximum displacement of 400LPH 

3. The diaphragm of GX diaphragm metering pump is composite PTFE. 

4. Pump head materials: PVC/PVDF/SS 

5. Optional explosion-proof motor or variable frequency motor.

1. Tested by clean water at normal temperature,, suction height 1 meters, stroke length 100%

2. Back pressure valve is required for stable and accurate discharge.

3. Stroke length adjustment mode: manual adjustment during stop and operation.

4. Liquid temperature: -10 to +40°C for PVC; -10 to +80°C for PVDF & SS pressure valve is required for stable and accurate discharge.
